2. FOUNDATION
Ambato Young, one of its areas of work which is: Arts and Culture, aims to train and upgrade to young people with the different tools needed for them and they gain the knowledge needed for effective cultural production and management and this workshop is a space in which young people, and the general public can share their experiences and feedback to them and other attendees.
3. OBJECTIVES
- guidance to young people in the management and administration of cultural policy and develop locally.
-Develop a space for sharing experiences, and foster a continuous learning among participants.
-Train young people in basic skills for organizing and managing events juveniles.
-Providing the digital tools necessary to ensure that young people can develop projects to manage resources for their cultural projects.
-Encourage young people to create the Cultural Industries prior to an orientation about the same.
-Use planning as an effective tool that allows us to develop and minding what young people need in cultural terms.
-Promoting the right of citizens to the appropriation of public spaces for exercise and support the cultural and social development of their locality.
-Position Culture as the fourth pillar of sustainable development, the others being: economic, social and environmental.
4. RECIPIENTS AND PARTICIPANTS
-Men and Women of all nationalities, urban and rural area, aged between 15 to 40 who are, or wish to be actors, managers and / or cultural promoters.
-General Public.
5. METHODOLOGY AND TIMETABLE

-conference on issues of local cultural production management and framed by young people as actors.

-Talk on basic techniques for managing and organizing youth cultural events.

-Roundtable discussion of the various experiences in management and cultural production of each of the participants.

-explanatory talks on how to prepare projects to manage resources and interact with government institutions and NGOs.

-Projection Images Videos on how humans have made the appropriation of public spaces through culture and has contributed to the sustainable development of their locality.
